At KIMAYA EXPRESS AND LOGISTICS we carryout regular POD (Proof of document / consignment notes) updating on Internet, for instant information, to all our customers. Moreover we are the only courier organization who sends DAILY STATUS DATA in customer format about their consignments.

Operation System

• Information received about shipment pick up from your office.
• KIMAYA representative picks up packed shipment from your ware house/pick up point with complete details of consignee marked on it and full documents.
• Shipment brought to KIMAYA EXPRESS AND LOGISTICS regional/specified office for consolidation and in scanning. This will immediately generate Booking Date and Time, Consignment Way Bill No, No of Boxes and Expected Delivery Date.
• Shipment is dispatched to the consignee.
• Shipment booking details report will be automatically generated and e- mailed to consignor.
• KIMAYA EXPRESS AND LOGISTICS customer care department will call the consignee and intimate them about the date and time of the consignment delivery.
• If the expected delivery date and time, as per track list, is not being met, we will inform the consignor immediately the reason for the same, e.g. Festival Holiday, breakdown of vehicle or customer not available etc. Information will also be given to the consignee of the delay in shipment delivery.
• In case of on time delivery the customer care department will update the status of the consignment on the tracking system which can be accessed by the consignor immediately. This will also be available as a shipment delivery report to consignor immediately.
• All the above details will also be forwarded to you with monthly bill for your record.
• In case of any query, we can also provide the scanned copy of the POD.

Pickup. From MUMBAI.
Penalty. On non delivery of shipment as per expected date shown at the tracking List, MUMBAI will pay penalty amounting to three times that of the shipment
