customer care department will call the consignee and intimate them about the date
and time of the consignment delivery.
• If the expected delivery date and time,
as per track list, is not being met, we will inform the consignor immediately the
reason for the same, e.g. Festival Holiday, breakdown of vehicle or customer not
available etc. Information will also be given to the consignee of the delay in shipment
• In case of on time delivery the customer care department will update
the status of the consignment on the tracking system which can be accessed by the
consignor immediately. This will also be available as a shipment delivery report
to consignor immediately.

with monthly bill for your record.
